Nick Moore joined the Law Office of Ezequiel Reyna, Jr. in 2021, focusing his practice on personal injury litigation. Nick has worked in the legal industry since 2010, working at law firms throughout South Texas. Born in McAllen, Texas, he is proud to assist his member of his hometown and its surrounding areas who need help seeking justice for injuries and deaths caused by the wrongful actions of others. Nick is an experienced and successful trial lawyer with extensive litigation experience.
His prior experience includes working on family law, hailstorm and windstorm damage insurance suits, prosecuting crimes as an assistant district attorney for Hidalgo County, and varied experiences with insurance defense. This diverse litigation experience across practice areas and in a variety of courts leaves him exceptionally well-prepared to help clients in need of counsel. Nick believes that there is no greater reward than being able to successfully help those in need. People come to lawyers because they have a problem, and he is proud to be the guy to fix that problem.
He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Radio, Television, and Film in 2011. He was selected for an Observership with Judge Israel Ramon, Jr. in the 430th Judicial District Court of Hidalgo County, Texas in 2013. He earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2015. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Hidalgo County Bar Association and a former elected director of the Hidalgo County Young Lawyers Association.
Outside of practicing law, Nick spends most of his time with his family, a wife and two fun boys and his larger extended family. He believes the importance of family is ingrained in him from growing up in the Rio Grande Valley, a community that values family. He also serves his community through various groups, previously working for Proyecto Azteca, Inc. helping build low-income housing in the RGV community. Prior to his career in law, he worked as a recurring extra on NBC’s Friday Night Lights. He remains a self-proclaimed cinephile, having worked for the Hollywood production studio Temple Hill, directing short films, and writing screenplays. He is also an avid video gamer since childhood and enjoys fishing with his brother and brother-in-law.
